ABOUT APEX FACILITY SERVICES | POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Apex Facility Services was built around one purpose: delivering the detailed, dependable cleaning required at the final stage of construction. With 15 years of industry experience, we understand what builders and project teams need when a newly constructed space is approaching inspection, walkthrough, presentation, and turnover.
Our work includes luxury custom homes, commercial projects, and multifamily developments throughout Southeast Michigan. We focus on the details that complete the finished space - from fine surfaces, cabinetry, glass, and fixtures to final touch-ups and punch-list cleaning.
Our Post-Construction Cleaning Approach
Construction cleaning is part of the project—not an afterthought. Our goal is to help contractors and builders keep projects moving toward inspection, walkthrough, and turnover with dependable scheduling, detailed cleaning, and clear communication.
